Who We Are
We are 40+ civic-minded men and women of the communities of Northeast Philadelphia, Rockledge, Fox Chase, Abington, and Huntingdon Valley — bound together under Lions Clubs International to meet the needs of our neighbors and serve our community.
Our fundraiser activities include raffles, White Cane Day collections, flower and Christmas tree sales, dinner events and much more — and we have a lot of fun doing it. Our friendships last a lifetime and the business value of our network is tremendous.

What We Support
Through fundraisers, volunteer events, and direct service, we support causes locally and globally.
Supporting corneal tissue recovery and transplantation for sight restoration in the Delaware Valley.
Providing guide dogs and training for individuals who are blind or visually impaired.
Collecting and recycling used eyeglasses to provide vision care to those in need worldwide.
Supporting programs and resources for blind and visually impaired individuals in our region.
Raising awareness and funds for diabetes prevention, education, and screening programs.
Supporting families affected by respiratory illness and improving quality of life for patients.
Preparing and serving meals for cancer patients and their families at the American Cancer Society Hope Lodge.
Providing shelter and support services for those experiencing housing insecurity in our community.
Connecting patients and families with temporary housing near medical treatment facilities.
Thanksgiving and Christmas deliveries of meals and toys to families in need — including Visitation BVM School.

24 days. 24 prizes. One winning number drawn each day, December 1 through 24.
Our Advent Calendar Fundraiser is a daily-drawing raffle running December 1 through December 24. Each numbered calendar has a unique 4-digit number. If your number is drawn on any given day, you win that day's prize.
All proceeds go directly to our community service programs: vision care, holiday outreach, Hope Lodge dinners, and support for the blind and needy across Northeast Philadelphia.
Calendars are available for purchase in person at our meetings and community events. Cash, check, or money order only — no online purchases per Pennsylvania gaming regulations.
Where to buy: At any Philadelphia Northeast Lions meeting (1st & 3rd Thursdays, 7 PM at Cafe Michaelangelo) or from any club member.
